By accessing/receiving or using any services on your travel package, you accept the terms & conditions stated below, without limitation/qualification.
Your Travel Package/Agreement will be provided in writing to to you within 10-14 business days of payment. Each customer will receive confirmation via postal mail and/or e-mail and customer acknowledges by accepting their confirmation they agree to the following terms and conditions, as they have verbally prior to being processed on "Audio Receipt", as well as Email (if applicable).
You are eligible for this promotional in exchange of 90 minutes of your time previewing our host resorts. You and your spouse and/or traveling companion must attend. Married couples and cohabitants are asked to bring their drivers licenses showing their matching address and are required to take the full 90-minute presentation together. All head of household applicants must be 28 years of age or older and other travelers must be 25 years of age. Any single female applicant must be 30 years of age or older. Must have a combined annual income of $50K. Any person who have toured a location within the past 12 months or have participated in the resorts discounted promotion offer twice in a lifetime or do not qualify are not eligible to tour and will stay at an alternate resort/hotel. Both applicants must speak fluent English to tour. All adult travelers are required to bring a government issued photo I.D. All reservations are based on availability and a minimum of 60-day notice is required. You have 18 months to complete your travel. Please contact our reservation department with any questions regarding traveling or to reserve a date. Also, your package is fully transferrable to any adult over the age of 28. We are pleased to assist you in any way to make your vacation planning as simple as a phone call.
We ask that when placing a reservation that you contact us 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival through our reservations department at (954) 526-9147. Your reservation will also be confirmed via phone. You may reschedule your reservation once as long as the request is made 60 days prior to the schedule arrival date and as long as you travel within 18 Months of your purchase date. You understand you will be responsible for air and ground transportation to and from all destinations, meals, room service, tips, and hotel taxes and any incidentals, such as long distance telephone calls made from your room. All inclusive destinations will include meals and beverages. Upon check in the resort will require a room deposit. The deposit will be returned to you after check out if no incidentals or damage were accrued. If acceptable to the purchaser, comparable alternate accommodations or facilities in a city, or reservations for a date different than that requested, may be provided.
"This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer's right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes."
YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATON WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, A SIGNED AND DATED COPY OF A STATEMENT THAT YOU ARE CANCELLING THE AGREEMENT SHOULD BE MAILED AND POSTMARKED, OR DELIVERED TO: TAKE A TRIP TOUR & TRAVEL, LLC NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF THE 30TH DAY AFTER YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE.
NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. See "Terms and Conditions" in your travel package.
